The interior material selections throughout the property used Mies’ Farnsworth House as a reference point, employing a restrained palette of dark metal, walnut-wash solid oak Dinesen timber and marble to create a generous family home full of light, character and volume. The clean forms, simple materials and limited colours allow carefully curated art work and items of furniture to take centre stage.

The master suite at first floor uses the same set of materials, with generous, open walk in wardrobes as you enter. The joinery frames the bed as you enter the bedroom space, and the same size opening frames the view of the bath into the master bathroom.
